Our history

1838	Philipp Engelhardt came from Morlautern and began with a taproom in the village center. Later, the restaurant went through the succession of generations of Catherine and then Lisa Fröhlich (born Engelhardt).
1933	Alfons Fröhlich came to Dansenberg.
1962	In 1962 Alfons Fröhlich died in a work accident. From this point led Franz and Helga Fröhlich the restaurant "Zum Pfälzerwald".
1963	Birth of son Alfons junior
